Carl McKinley, M.A., LADC
Carl received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of Wooster, Ohio. He earned a Master of Arts in Addiction Counseling from the Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies in Center City, Minnesota. His work history includes decades in several service industries including: hotels & restaurants, automotive, and the banking & financial sectors.
The son of a doctor and a nurse, Carl was raised in a home where care and concern for others were a way of life. Having seen firsthand the devastation that drug, alcohol, and other dependencies can cause, he has spent more than 20 years helping others find recovery and independence from addiction. Carl worked for the Minnesota Department of Corrections in the men’s prison treatment program at Lino Lakes as a Clinical Program Therapist II from 2012 until 2017 when he decided to form RCCM Services, LLC.
In his leisure you can most likely find Carl and his wife with their dog Storm at a local dog park. An avid book collector whose collection focuses on books made into movies, he makes it his annual goal to see as many of the Oscar-nominated movies as possible, especially those nominated for adapted screenplay.
